Re: What is Gtechniq?
As far as waiting period before applying EXO...I live in Texas. I applied the C1 in 88 degree moderate to high humidity and found 6 hours was fine for EXO application. As Kevin mentioned you have to adjust the size of your work area to compensate for heat and humidity but I have no problems.
I love this stuff. I've spent a fortune on LSP's...waxes, sealants, other coatings. After using this I am going exclusive C1 and EXO.

How long does c1 and EXO combo last if prepped correctly

They advertise two years.
Mine has been on for 1 year; it performed very well. I need to polish my car now, so by default it needs to be coated again. I'd like to try 22PLE, but it's not because I wasn't pleased with Gtechniq. I'm going to coat my other car with C1/EXO.

Re: What is Gtechniq?
A lot of variables...is it garage kept, climate, etc. I've only had mine on for a year but it's still going strong, and that is the car that I applied EXO without C1.
I like the application process of the product. Love the look, and the way it sheets, beads water.

Clearly, I was incorrect.
Based on your product selection criteria; I suggest household vinegar as a glass treatment and wheel coating. It is very inexpensive .
I'm one of the few that will not assume the most expensive product is the best.
Like I stated earlier, I'll give it a shot for myself, but from the videos I saw on YouTube about this product, I'm not impressed.

Well if a YouTube Video says so...

What was it that you did not care for? C1 topped with 2 coats if EXO is an outstanding one two punch in the way of coatings (I'd this in deed what you were looking at on YouTube).

Assuming that you did know that Gtechniq is on the left, what is it about that ONE video that didn't impress you? I'd say that was a pretty good result for any coating. (And is that the only video out of the dozens upon dozens?)
