    Steamers...

so after having seen an eye popping 6k steamer, i realized so there is a use for one.. lol....

Which leads me to my question... I have a Jiffy 4000 and one of those Pressure on Demand Steamers (got it part of a PPF training i went to) can either of these be used for detailing? if so for what?

    Thanks guys!

Not familiar with that unit, but they dry vapor steamers are great for interior cleaning.

    Re: Steamers...

How much does it costs an 'ordinary steamer' that would be good enough for interiors?

What are the main cautions to consider when using a steamer on interior (leather, panels, etc...)?

I'm willing to get one of the small units to (for sure) improve even more the outcome, but to also offer a kind of 'glamour' because customers also loves that!

Please, help me find the unit I'm asking for.

About the costly steamers, I've saw once one of those, but the guy operating used a single towel to 'steam wash' an entire car, looked like he spent all the money on the machine leaving nothing left for him to order a bunch of quality microfibers hehehehe

I mean, it's not (ONLY) about the product, it's about who is operating it!

    Thanks in advance.

I believe the current budget unit being raved about is the mcculloch 1385 which is a canister type unit. Mine will be here tomorrow. There is however a decent thread on here somewhere about it.

I have a unit simliar to the Jiffy I was able to get free from work. I haven't had the chance to test it on cleaning interiors yet. I will try to get some results by this weekend.
