Wow, what a difference!

I received my order from Olde town auto here in Canada and the owner tells me he upgraded my order by sending me a gallon of the Griot's garage car wash to replace the gallon of the duragloss car wash that I had ordered (not in stock). He raved about it saying that it was right at the top for car washes and I thought sure it's also over $10.00/ gallon more so, no problem. NO WAY is this GG car wash even comparable to the DG car wash; very, very weak, little suds and no where near as slick as the DG. I'm getting me some more DG car wash.------ I also tried the Optimum car wax spray for the first time and figured I'd shelf the Aquawax for now and the Optimum amazed me how easy it is to work with and how slick and deep it got my black colored truck.

Im sorry you didn't like the Griots Wash!

But i believe i notified you to tell you the wrong soap was sent in error (not a stock issue, and prior to you receiving the order) and offered to send you the Duragloss wash and allow you to keep the Griots as it was shipped in error.
