    Frozen AIO?

    Hi everyone!
UPS delivered some goodies yesterday, however I've got my concerns...
I got a gallon of blackfire total polish and Seal, as well as a gallon of Meguiars D151 Paint reconditioning cream. My concern is that when these got to me in Sunny California, it was 70 degrees most of the day (midwest folks, please don't hate me. We need the rain so bad it's scary, we would trade places with you in a minute!).
My box was delivered, sat outside for a few hours, and then I got home and brought it in. It probably sat an additional 2-3 hours inside our apartment at 70+ degrees... I open the box, and both gallons of AIO are wet from the condensation, I can only assume these must have frozen during their transport with UPS?
Is there anything I can do to check and verify the product is still good?
I would hate to lose $100 & two gallons of AIO due to this.

    Thanks!
    -Johnny

Shake it up real good. As long as it has normal consistency you should be fine. Its only when products are repeatedly frozen and unfrozen that the emulsifiers begin to break down and you have true separation.

prob ok.. call the manufacturer. I'm sure the vendor will replace it for you if you want.

I'll shake them both we'll, and verify their consistency. I should mention both gallons were FREEZING cold when pulled from the box. If I run into any issues I know AG has some awesome customer support and will get me taken care of.

Were they freezing cold.. or frozen? If not actually frozen I doubt any issues will arise.

    Re: Frozen AIO?

The outsides of the bottle were freezing cold, and had a significant amount of condensation. I'm concerned because I don't know if these were frozen while in transit with UPS. They sat outside for a few hours in almost 80 degree weather for a few hours, then inside our apartment for a few hours longer (about the same temp).
Just wondering if there's anything I can look for as a telltale I should be concerned.

    Re: Frozen AIO?

This has happened to me before while in transit. Bring it in your house and let it go up to room temperature on its own. Then check the consistency, as long as it isn't literally like water or has chunks in water then you are okay.

If there are chunks, shake it slowly for a long period of time. If it is water, it's usually not good.

    Re: Frozen AIO?

The Blackfire is good, same consistency as the stuff in the 16 oz bottles. Megs D151 has no issues at all. Glad to know both are good to go. Thanks for all the help! I was freaking out a bit with so much AIO at risk lol.
