    Tractor Trailer Detailing

Anyone aver detailed a tractor trailer? Any tips or suggestions? I have 5 trucks from a truck driving school in my area that they want detailed. Any suggestions on pricing? Special products?

No special products needed, just a bunch of degreaser and tire shine on the frames.

Check out my big-rig thread in the show and shine.

that looks really good Brandon1. The trucks I am considering doing need to be polished, waxed, the whole 9. Any suggestions on pricing? Probably not too far off from the pricing in your area. I'm in NC as well.

well as a general rule for pricing i figure out how long its probably going to take me and multiply by 50 bucks an hour as it normally takes me atleast an hour longer then i plan if im tring something new and to cover materials and still make at least 30 an hour but your area pricing may be lower then mine... im right in princeton new jersey where you cant get a house for under 800 grand

For that job in the pic included cleaning the interior, dressing wells/frames/tires, polish/wax, polish wheels was $170.

Now this was a day-cab tractor, if it had a sleeper, then it would have been around $300
