    Drive through

What can I say to a customer that makes a statement like: "no i dont use those carwash drive throughs with the brushes because they damage my paint" and then say "but I do use the touchless ones". How do I convince them that my hand wash is much better, but much more expensive?

You tell them that is a better idea then the swirlamatics, but it still does not get all of the debris off of the car, wheels and tires are not cleaned and dressed properly, the car is not dried properly leading to water spots, and most of all they use very heavy detergents that may strip the wax or sealant he has on his vehicle where you provide a complete cleaning and drying using a PH balanced car shampoo.

You should also show and have them feel the softness of the MF towel you use to wash and/or dry the car.

tell them to bring the car to you immediately after driving through the wash and you'll wash half and show them the difference.
