    Glass sealant topping aquapel

I have aquapel on my windshield and was wondering if I could put some glass sealant on top. Would that remove the remaining aquapel. You can tell there is still aquapel on the windshield but the beading has definitely faded.

I would use a glass polish on a white foam pad.

I've had great luck using DP High Performance Glass Restorer

I'm sure you could... But the durability and longevity of the glass coating would be compromised.

    Re: Glass sealant topping aquapel

As BobbyG stated already I would polish off the remaining product. This to properly prep the surface for the sealant.
