What to do when not enough sunlight??

What would you guys recommend to do if I can see some light swirls in my car in direct sunlight, but not via the Brinkman. And unfortunately it's cloudy. I can't seem to get enough sun to last a test spot... so what would you do?

I'd go have a beer and forget about it. If you can only see them in direct sun, they aren't bad enough to worry about.

I use my home-made "Sun Gun"

Works great!!...Even in a completely darkened garage.

Get some fluorescent lighting or LED, handheld or otherwise.

I forgot to mention, my garage can't fit my camaro with all my stuff :/ and even if it could, there wouldn't be enough space to use a buffer

Hey Bob, good suggestion, how did you make that? Will it work better than the Brinkman?

The Brinkman is LED and it's not picking up anything.

IMO...You answered this question with the below statement.

The Brinkman is LED and it's not picking up anything.

You don't have an old drill motor lying around??

    BTW:
Even @$30.00...A DIY is a lot less expensive than this:

3M Sun Gun Color Matching Light, 3M PPS Sun Gun, color match gun

Only 1 drill and I need that one

And agreed, I will save up for a bit so I can buy the drill and light together.

    Thanks for the help Bob
