Accident with aquapel applicator - Would DG Nu-Glass remove?

I was going to apply aquapel to the windshield earlier this week and the applicator somehow cracked instead of 'popping' when squeezed. All the solution came out in about 3 big streaks down the windshield instead of saturating the felt pad. I wiped down as fast as I could trying to spread it around but the streaks had already 'set' it seemed like.

Now at the right angle anytime you can see these streaks, and when there is dew you can see them very clearly.

Would DG Nu Glass and an orange pad help remove this if I went over the windshield with it?
