    I'm 80% sure those are just decals added at the factory. I cannot say what the proper method is, but I would say you would treat them the same as a vehicle with vinyl stripes/graphics. Just a guess though.

    Now I have a question:

    In the past, I think I'd just wax it, but would it be 'better' to use something like 303, or vinyl protectant? What about graphics?

    I would think, since it's on the body of the car, wax would give the most protection. But I've found thinking can get me in trouble, lol.
