I was planning on having it covered with vinyl just incase I want the chrome back. Not sure if I should go gloss black or gloss carbon fiber.

Sounds good! My wife’s car has chrome trim around the windows and I personally don’t care for it much myself. Growing up in the import/mainly Honda/Acura scene, any of those cars with chrome trim around the windows meant the factory paint/rubberized coating had failed and wasn’t a nice satin black anymore.

Personally, I’d lean towards gloss black if your taking any votes haha. I think that’d look nice and really add to the overall finish of the car.

Thank you! I actually am looking for votes lol. I really don't like the chrome, it is polished and just funky looking against the blue.

Other than the trim along the roof line, they make actual carbon fiber parts for the upper and lower grill, mirror caps, side vents and hood vents. I’m a fan of the black chrome though.

I saw that, I figured vinyl just incase I dont like it or change my mind down the road. Lol

I like the black chrome on certain colors, just look funky against the blue for some reason. It might grow on me down the road. The chrome piece on the roof line definitely has to go though.

Walking toward the Ranger after a rather ordinary day, the sight of it's dressed tires made me smile!
