Omg am I being petty. I hate when people leave flyers on my freaking car!!! Make me almost catch a case. I know I’m not the only one.

I took the day off today and I gave the truck the full treatment. It started with snow foam, then a rinseless wash, then clay bar, then Meguiars Ultimate Compound,
then HD Polish +, then Collinite 845. I first tried Megs Ultimate Polish but was unhappy with the removal. The HD is much better product with easy removal and no dust.

Tested out the new Sun Joe Pro Series spx9004
    Electric
    2 gpm

Replaced my old Ryobi 1.2 gpm

Ryobibweighs about 14 pounds Sun Joe weighs about 40. About the same size but the Ryobi feels like a toy in comparison

Washed the truck tonight. Really like the increased flow!

    Pros so far
    More flow
    Adjustable pressure
Oil and ability to change oil for maintenance etc
    Better pump

    Cons
Stays on constantly even when trigger is released. Not loud but.. that's the only con I have so far

Also 1st wash with the Cox reel! Wow!! It's fantastic.

Last night I finished up a Basic Clean & Protect Detail that I took in mid-week. It's a basic 4hr job that I broke up over two nights and tackled after work/dinner Wednesday and Thursday. Before packing it in last night I washed up my car to get her ready for the beautiful weekend.

Looking to take in a really nice 2011 Audi S4 today to get an advanced correction package and coating with Gyeon Syncro along with other add-ons. This customers is traveling about 2.5hrs to me and will be staying the weekend and making it a little get away while renting a car and a nice hotel. Perfect get away for he and his wife.

Looks great! Your cam cover looks perfect. What is your trick to keeping it looking new?

    How many miles?

What did you do today detailing related?

Polished out driver side windows, the water spots have been bothering me for the six years I’ve owned my 2006 Sienna.

Used my Rupes Mini, 3 in LC microfiber cutting pad (3 pads total) and Jescar Correcting Compound. Too lazy to get out sealant so I sealed with Meguiar’s D156.

Before: This is actually the passenger side window, but the driver’s side looked this bad prior to polishing.

After: Driver’s side middle row glass

    A better before photo:

This after photo is so clear off the reflection of the glass that you can spot the poor repaint/paint match between the rear door and quarter panel I inherited on my RX330:

Rinseless washed my Formula with McKee's 37 Rinse Free Wash and Wax. It was the first time I had ever used it,and it is a keeper!! It has excellent gloss, slickness, and depth. I had to be in a hurry due to getting off late on day that I usually don't have to work. The other cars will just have to wait.
