Before: Tons of road grime and salt spray as it snowed for a couple hours on Saturday and of course we had to have the brine trucks....

After: Used the Hydro-Shot again. Works awesome for rinseless!

Did you use it on the tires and wheels yet? I'm glad it's working out for RW/WW's thoughWhat did you do today detailing related? What did you do today detailing related?

I did and it works. However, I really only use waterless wash and a brush on my wheels as they are coated and don't require much to get them clean.

Also worked a friends 2006 Impala. Corrected both headlights, polished out the tail lights and then stripped, cleaned and coated his windshield so he can now see way way better.

Headlights came out great. Both looked liked this when I go them and both turned out great in the end. 1000/3000 grit followed by a good polishing and sealing.

The thing with Griot's Black Shine is it starts out looking like what you see now and tones down a bit over 2 days. When I say "tones down" I don't mean wears off but levels out, never washes away, almost acts like a tire coating and that's a good thing.

If you remember that picture you once posted of the tire balm on her tires, you’ll remember I mentioned how there were areas on the sidewall that were brown almost like the product had quickly dried out and evaporated.

I wish I could find the picture, but I’m sure you remember what pic I’m talking about.. With this product the tires look completely black like there’s no stopping it from being on there and drying out, especially just after applying unlike the 2 coats of tire balm you posted on her tires that 1 time.

Looks great. What kind of sealant did you apply on them?
