Removing Badging
Hey guys i know its been talked about before and remember seeing a thread about removing badging but can't find it. Im going to be working on a porsche next week and owner want badging removed. Previous owner put an "S" on back of car and looks like a a "gel sticker" slightly raised. I can try and get pictures ( I know the drill, worthless without pics) but will see if he can text me a pic or two. I read a thread were BobbyG said he gun with compound and polish will work it out but do i need something else to remove the glue so I don't mess up my pads?

Re: Removing Badging
i debaged my car and some left over glue residue was easily wiped away with TarX..it melted it away with minimal effort.
