Great Customer service from Optimum!

Yesterday I sent out an E-mail to Optimum about my dissatisfaction with ONR as a detailer.Today I received a response from their CEO!He offerd to replace the ORN with Either Opti-Clean or their Detail'er.I have opted to keep one of my bottles of ONR and swap out the other.What great customer service offered by Optimum!


Here is the response received:

Thank you for trying Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine. The main use of this product is a rinse free wash which per directions you add 1 oz. of No Rinse to 2 gallons of water to clean and shine your vehicle.

You can also use No Rinse as a quick detailer and it should provide good gloss. In this case, however, the existing Eagle One product might have had a negative interaction with No Rinse. We do offer Opti-Clean which is a waterless wash and Optimum Instant Detailer and both create a very glossy finish, which fit your requirements better, while No Rinse is mainly designed for rinse free washing.

If you are not satisfied with No Rinse, we can replace it for you with one of the other two products that I mentioned. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thanks again.

I also like the fact that Chris@Optimum willfully comes aboard to discuss any aspect of any Optimum product...At great lengths, if need be. Lord knows that applies to me, at times!

I will say without a doubt Dr. G is one of the best guys in the industry to work with...not to mention one of the smartest chemists! He stand firmly by his products as he knows them like no other.
