    Windshield washer fluid

This question isn't exactly about detailing, but what's your favorite windshield washer fluid? I'd like to find something that cleans really well, but doesn't damage paint or trim. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I like the orange Rain-X deicer stuff. Works well and leaves a lil Rain-X behind.

Same. It sure is expensive though.

Does Rain-X leave a coating on the windshield that is difficult to remove? I want to also be able to clean the windshield with glass cleaner to take off all the residue.
    Thanks!

It cleans off easy. You dont seem to get a whole lot protection, but it does help.

Rain X leaves a coating of ................Rain X. The water beads and comes off the windshield as your driving. I have never had a problem with residue or build up and use it in all my vehicles for the past few years.

I just go with what I can find cheap. I do add some ONR to it though. I have also used straight water in the summer with the 303 tablets too. They worked well.
