    High(er) end wax

So I've used the Zymol and Swissvax in the past (ones above this price range). Great waxes but also very pricey and unless every one of my clients has an exotic, I don't want to buy them. So I am looking into other brands and would like to know if anyone has used or has any input on these.

    Dodo, Supernatural
    Wolfgang, Fuzion
    Chemical Guys, Celeste Dettaglio
    Zymol, Concours Glaze
    Swissvax, Mirage
    Migliore, Primo Blend

    any others? please chime in

Dodo Juice Supernatural is one of my favorites. I have it and love it. Great look and decent durability.

Another to consider is Pinnacle Souveran. It is a recent purchase of mine and I fell in love with it instantly. Very wet and deep looking on my Mineral Gray Cobra. I have head durability is not up there, but my Cobra is now a weekend only if it does not rain car, so I don't care about durability only looks.

Those are the only two that I can speak first hand on.

and yeah yeah i know you dont see a huge huge difference as you get more expensive but A) as a detailer i do like knowing i am using a product that is just a little better than some others, people spend thousands of extra dollars on a road bike to shave a pound off the weight and B) some customers like to know they have a wax on their car that most people wouldnt spend money on.

Wolfgang Fuzion is by far my favorite. It took the #1 spot away from Souveran when I discovered it did not have any of the dust attraction issues I experienced with Souveran.

Edit: and I discovered this winter it is very durable indeed! I got 4+ months out of it.

Migliore Competizione is my favorite carnauba under $500 yet. I have not yet tried the Primo but I would imagine it is very good. If you feel like spending the 250 for Competizione, it will hold its own amongst some of the best out there.

    Re: High(er) end wax

i already have the s100 carnauba, collinite liquid and paste, autoglym hd, megs nxt megs high tech yellow megs gold class carnauba, pin liquid sov., and some others i just dont feel like going out to my garage to remember what they are. im just looking for something around the 200 dollar mark to make those high end clients feel special if they request it without overcharging them. The wolfgang looks good as you get a free refill, does the redish color of the wolfgang give any tint? Im really looking for something to use on all cars. The migliore competizione is probably nice but if im gonna pay more than 200 ill just go get swissvax.

What about something like Autoglym HD? Some places sell it for $50 but you can get it very cheap at Wallyworld on clearance.
