Claying a motorcycle windshield
I couldn't find the thread that told about claying the windshield to thank the Poster, so I'm posting here to let you know it works great!!! I have a list of things I plan to by for my bike and a new windshield was close to the top, after claying it, it looks almost new!!
Thanks again everyone for sharing your knowledge!!!

What kind of windshield/bike do you have? How bad was it before?

Re: Claying a motorcycle windshield
I'm not sure of the make-up of the windshield, it is Stock on a Suzuki C90...It may be plexi...The before shape was pretty rough. It looked as though it had a light sand blasting, also places that looked as if tape had been stuck on it and was peeling off and it was very "dull" in general. I used the Turtle Wax Clay bar combo (I had found it on sale at WalMart for $6.00 per box). Now it is very smooth and has a shine to it like it never did before.
