    Makes a grown man cry! buuu-hu

    To day was THE day , i went to the post office to collect my newest arival from AG. When i got there i thought the box looked kinda strange. but thought that it was wraped in paper or something. Looked kinda shabby




    When i got home, i started to get worried that somethings was wrong. the box is WAY to light to have 128 oz ClearKote QD + P21s wheel cleaner and refil.

    So i open the box and my worst concern was right.



    Some where from US to Norway someone must have felt a nice citrus smell, since my dear, lovely 128oz ClearKote QD was empty. the cap was broken.




    Im not mad, just sad. The P21s wheel cleaner, ShMitt combo, EZ brush and DG AW was in one piece. But it really was the Clearkote QD i really looked forward to recieve since AG stoped selling them, and its one of my fav detailing stuff.

    Here is the other stuff ive got.



    Looking forward to try the DuraGloss AW after good feedback on the AGF. and the killr recommended P21s wheel cleaner,

    Who do i contact regarding the broken QD bottle?

    holy crap! Looks like the box was dropped off the delivery truck......then backed over! Hope it gets taken care of for you.

    Looks like it was too heavy to lift. jk I remember at my old job I received a package back from an int'l order and the 115 lb. box looked liked a ball instead. I think it is good that you posted pics it will help Meghan and shipping department know how items are treated and decide on how to improve the strength of a box. I am sure you will be taken care of. Let us know how you like the products you received. I am particularly interested in the EZ brush. Good luck!

    I'm sure the GALLON of liquid had something to do with the "softening" of the box lol

    See if you can find an image of Britney Spears on the box and sell it on Ebay;-)

    Looks like the box was taken care by the mail sorter guy from the movie "Dear God". Everything that said fragile, he just threw against the wall! Sorry that happened, but AG will take care of it no problem at all!
