Nasty Nasty Water Spots on Glass

So I have a buddy that has a Mazda 3 and the windows on one side have these really bad water. He used a buffer on it once but it didn't really help. He's tried all kinds of cleaners but nothing has ever worked. Any tips to take care of this?

I suggest white vinegar applied with a cloth. If that isn't affective, then white vinegar applied with an eraser bar. If this doesn't do the trick, then heavy duty glass polish.

i use ipa(rubbing alcohol 1:1 with distiled water) and a cloth. if that doesn't work then DA and megs ultimate compound.

white distiled vinegar should work also. or try lemon juice

    Scott,

I was just going to suggest this.

DP Glass Restorer is quite a product!

I've done 4 windshields with this and the results are absolutely amazing. Once complete, I cleaned the surface thoroughly then treated them with Aquapel.....
