So I have a buddy that has a Mazda 3 and the windows on one side have these really bad water. He used a buffer on it once but it didn't really help. He's tried all kinds of cleaners but nothing has ever worked. Any tips to take care of this?
I suggest white vinegar applied with a cloth. If that isn't affective, then white vinegar applied with an eraser bar. If this doesn't do the trick, then heavy duty glass polish.

@Pockets: Do your polishes contain cerium oxide? I find the polishes that do perform excellently on vehicle's glass areas. Thanks for any info you can share.

I've done 4 windshields with this and the results are absolutely amazing. Once complete, I cleaned the surface thoroughly then treated them with Aquapel.....
