Also, AG sell Problend bottle proportioners that work well with gallon and quart bottles.
One of my favorite methods too!

Oddly enough, a one ounce container seems to work quite well.

I use a pumper top that replaces the regular top on one gallon containers. A full pump is one oz. There are also 3/4, 1/2,1/4 marks on the pump stem.

I THOUGHT that US Plastics sold them, but someone on here asked about buying a bottle like that and I couldn't find it! Cheap, too.

I love the quart size, I have them for ONR, DP RW,MicroRejuvenator, and they are no spill, no mess! I dilute Car Wash 2 to 1 and dispense 3 oz into the bucket to get an ounce of wash. Dispenses easier for high viscosity washes. also great for diluting APC. Gallon size is too big IMO. The Home Depot $1 bottles work great with the QT Pro Blend. Ultima Concentrate comes in the 2 neck bottles shown above and are reusable. Another reason to love Ultima!

Re: What should I use to measure 1 ounce?

I went the cheap route I cut off the bottom of a small bottle and marked the side at 2oz. But for a couple of bucks the shot glasses would make a great upgrade.
