"Did u use the never dull to clean out all the grim and all the other stuff? " The lighter stuff like water spots was removed using OPC and Never Dull. While the detailing clay removed the heavier corrosion shown in bottom right of picture three.
I suggest a chrome specific wheel cleaner (see griots), then using a chrome specific polish, and finally a good wheel sealant. Unfortunately you cannot remove pitting but certainly can stop it from getting worse.
You should try Mother's Chrome cleaner. It will clean up those heavily oxidized wheels.
Once they are cleaned and treated with the Mother's then polish with poorboy's.
They will shine nicely.
