    Post Number of Pads

    Hi,

As you might have guessed I am a new to detailing. I will be placing an order very soon I hope, and need to figure out how many pads I will need. I understand that I will need a pad for each product, but how many pads will I need for the car?

1.) Number of pads for a small car? (VW golf)

2.) Number of pads for a mid-size car? (Honda Accord)

3.) Number of pads for a large car? (BMW 740iL)

Is there a multiplier for when I use different pad sizes? Say it takes 4 pads to do a car with 6 inch pads, will it take 8 - 4 inch pads to do the same car?

    Thanks in advance!!!

    Re: Number of Pads

Get yourself 5-6 of each pad and you're good to go. I have three right now for my Cobalt. After the first pad gets dirty, I wash it and let it dry so by the time I go through my other two pads, that first pad is ready to be used again (if it needs to be used). Hope that helps. AG sells the CCS pads in packs of 3 too.
