need experts recomendation
One month ago i bought a 1990 Mazda Miata (Classic Red) and the paint sucks (swirls, few oxidation, etc)...
Last week I bought 2 products in a Paint Shop: "Malco Products Rejuvenator" and "Malco Products Flash Glaze" (both products have carnauba wax).
Malco Products Rejuvenator:
Malco Products Flash Glaze:
Next day I wash the car and applied both products by HAND, the products result was a nice job fixing fine swirls and removing some oxidation in the trunk and front hood.
now the car looks "glossy" but... i know i need do a better work with this paint because the carr still have some few oxidationd and swirls
i dont have any rotary or PC so i will do the job with my HANDs.
i was browsing in many threads of detailing forums about products, reviews, detailing steps, etc.
i bought some products and i think could use them and get a nice job doing this steps in the next big wash:
Exterior:
1. Wash with: Duragloss #901 CWC Car Wash Concentrate
2. Polish: Poorboys World Polish with Carnauba Blue (for remove oxidation after claying)
3. Clay with: Blue Magic
4. Seal with: Malco Rejuvenator
5. Wax with: Malco Flash Liquid Paste (first layer)
6. Wax with: Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax #845 (second layer)
6. QD: Duragloss #951 AquaWax
Interior:
1. clean all plastic & vinyl with some all-purpose cleaner (non-abrasive) mixed with water
2. add 303 protectan
3. add some leather conditioner + protectant
Correct me if ill do a bad step or need add another step for the exterior detailing
Im open to critics, recomendations, etc.
I need recomendations of GOOD Quality products that i can easy apply by hand (polishes, waxes, glazes, etc)
***NOT MACHINE PRODUCTS***
thanks
Blas

no links to competitors and their products please. I would also note that hand polishing is almost a futile issue. Very little in results, and lots of time wasted. I would only suggest Clearkote Vanilla Moose by hand and its because it also offers fillers to hide those not likely removed by hand itself.

Change #2 too Klasse AIO it's a chemical paint cleaner that will make easy work of oxidation/cloudiness of the paint. *I think* #845 contains cleaners so anything (or most) before hand will be stripped off. Find out if it in fact has cleaners before you end up waste time and product (hopefully some one knows). Like killr mentioned CK VM works well by hand and there Carnuaba Moose wax looks great as well (both easy on/off). 303 is a fine protectant but so is Optimums Protectant Plus (same look and durability) for less $$, something to ponder on . Good luck.

It's like saying you want to go rock climbing without a rope or safety equipment..it can be done, but not well. The only way to get correction out of paint is to use a) Rotary (the best, especially combined with wool) or b) ROP with an aggressive foam pad. By hand, you're only masking the problem, not eliminating it.
