Just last night saw them available for sale in US. $89
I see them being useful for indoor detailing. I am only outdoors under a tarp. However was always eyeing the I-Match 3 headlamp.
I have only seen the 3 for sale in Europe.

I have two other headband lights for mechanical work but none have color temp adjustment.

Followup. I'm using mine almost daily for home projects. Painted the front door which sits in a shaded spot. Worked great for adding light in the corners to "splash" the paint.
Today I had a short in the hot water tank electrical hook up. Scan grip lit up the area perfectly.
