I use the 15 and the Mini and I actually, really enjoy using them.
I like my SK Mini too. It’s a big step up from using the HF DA as a 3” polisher. I love the slow start and the overall smoothness.

I didn’t know you had a Mini Swirl Killer.
Yeah I was set to go hung ho with a flex or a Rupes but then tried the g15 at griots flag ship store and decided it wasn’t worth extra money for me.
At the time I was looking for a mini Griots only had the gg3 and that got bad reviews.
After researching and the price I figured why not. Things a tank. If it ever fails I’ll get a G13 or a PXE. I don’t think I’ll be buying either for a LOOOONNG time.

As far as I can tell the SK Mini is a Shinemate EX603 with a slightly extended duckbill handle and built for Adams
Just throwing that out there

They're smooth and quieter than the Rupes. Very nice tools.

Wow that’s somewhat surprising to hear. Honestly the way that machine slow starts really reminds me of a Rupes, but I thought I’d sound kinda foolish to mention it in the same sentence… But hearing you say that makes me feel like I’m not crazy to think that afterall.

Yep, ever so slightly. Especially my Duetto. It screams louder than the 15, 21, and mini for some reason.
Those Swirl Killers are noticeably quieter. I also love that they don't spin so fast. Those modded Rupes Polishers are just unpleasant for me to use. The Adam's just seems to have the perfect balance of spin and oscillation to comfortably get the job done. They're also very solidly built.

Re: Lake Country HDO/CCS
Update: I used the orange CCS/HDO pad again earlier today. Its a great pad. Harder to clean and you will probably need more pads to do a full car than other pads.
I also used the white rupes pad afterwards, it skipped on me a few times. It drives me nuts lol
Just for reference i'm using the first generation 15mm griots 900W polisher on speed 4-4.5.(Excellent machine)
Another note: TRC 365's are the bees knees.
Bottomline: I much prefer the newish orange CCS/HDO pads than the rupes yellow foam.

Yeah early on when everyone was trying to figure who made Griots and Adam’s polisher that was consensus.
Shinemate made Adam’s and Maxshine made griots 1st Gen long throws and last gg6.
Believe the same is going about With Adam’s but Griots has new manufacturer.

Re: Lake Country HDO/CCS
I really like this pad folks! I just polished out half my roof and some pillars with the orange CCS/HDO and gyeon primer. Now i'm waiting for the orange pad to dry after hand washing it. Eventhough i have all kinds of pads that would give similar results it's just a GREAT pad. For a yearly polish its a great combo. I still can't believe how rough my paint was before claying.

Re: Lake Country HDO/CCS
Just spread some cancoat with the included white towel. It will flash quick but it's a coating that's for sure. Very solvent smell.
