Tire Dressing not drying

I've been using Griots Black Stain and Chemical Guys VRP Tire dressings and neither seem to dry on the tire anymore. I shake them good, usually clean the tire well, but neither seems to want to dry anymore!

Should I maybe cut down the VRP with water or should I toss these and get something new?! I don't like high gloss coatings for the tires, and these were decent if I went over them after 5-10min to cut down the shine, but they just wont dry now :/

Toss the CG, no experience with the Griot Black Stain. If it doesn't dry, toss it too.

The weird part is is USED to dry on my tires (same tires for past 2 yrs almost.) I don't know if its the tires just not letting it anymore or if its the products.

Any recommendations on a matte/satin tire shine that is cheaper in price?!

Duragloss 251..The small bottle will last forever and it's cheap. With any tire dressings, be sure you start with a clean tire. Three things you need to know before applying any tire dressing/coating..SCRUB,SCRUB AND SCRUB SOME MORE.

Tarminator is an effective tire cleaner or 303 Tire and Rubber has been strongly recommended too. Tuf Shine is another very good tire cleaner though you would only periodically need to clean tires that well but it may be worth a shot with what you’re describing.

Duragloss 253 is a well regarded dressing that I use with a flag-tipped brush though I need to find a smaller flagged-tip brush since my tires are lower profile.

I don't know, don't think so. I used both products for the past 3-4 yrs on my old tires and these for the past 2 yrs and it only this year its not drying :/

Hmm, only place I can see Duragloss up here is Amazon and its a rip off there

Any other suggestions please?!
