Has anyone taken creases out of leather seats?

I am not about to do this myself but this guy seems to show it can be done.

If they’ve figured out how to take wrinkles out of leather… Then they outta be able to make an 80yr. old woman look 40. Lol.

    What’s their process?

The steaming kinda reminds me of steaming shirts

I would practice on a junk seat from the junk yard before doing my own seats.

I have a similar fear when it comes to Leatherique.. I know you’ve used it with good results, but somebody on the Cadillac forum said it turned the seats in his XLR hard as cardboard after swearing he followed the directions to the T.

I think the part where they recommend putting plastic over the seats as the product sits in order to promote “heat” is what scares me and where it seems like it might go wrong. Iirc that’s where that guy thinks it wrecked his black leather seats.

IIRC I didn't put the bag over my seats. Maybe that's why they came out well

I think XLR leather is different from my old school leather as well. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it

Worked great for me now going into 20 yrs. Putting plastic over Leatherique product on the seats causes dirt to come to the surface. If it's good enough for the Rolls Royce company to use it, that's good enough for me
