    Quickjack users??

For those who own Quickjack units. Which model do you have and did you buy the extension kit? Any regrets or warnings about these units? Thanks in advance.

    Re: Quickjack users??

I’ve thought about one and researched them but between limited reports of hydraulics failing and that there really isn’t a one-size fits all, I decided against but I’d love to have one. And by one size fits all I’m thinking one for a sports car won’t necessarily work on a big SUV or truck and vice-versa. Though some run the Quickjacks across the car instead of down the sides so maybe there is a way one could lift all cars. But I’d like to hear from actual users as well. Good question.

Depends on kit but you can get the 7000 model for weight. The have extended version or you can get extensions.

With the standard with the extension add on you can lift a tahoe to a miata. They make height extenders as well.

Rhe hydraulics failing are a older problem and the newer ones lock into place when up.

My set is still sitting new in box and i have the 5000’s

Thanks for the info. I read about the extensions but wasn’t sure they’d truly be that flexible. Good that it sounds they are. I worry my set would also sit unused much of the time. I keep wanting to reduce my gadgets and goodies but it never happens.
