Re: What do ya'll like for windshield protectant?

Aquapel has been a favorite for a long time and it lasts about 6 months. I also like Griots Garage glass sealant and it underwent a great test last night. We drove home during a torrential rain storm and I never turned on my wipers.

P&S Bead Maker. Don't know how long it will last, but my old wipers performed like new.

Re: What do ya'll like for windshield protectant?

I use Carpro reload because it is so easy and convenient to hit the glass while drying the car anyways. Adds a minute or two to the process but gives me about a month of solid windshield beading and water shedding. Obviously it doesn't last too long where the wipers travel but again, for the sake of convenience and already having the product there in my hand, it works well enough. Just gotta make sure you buff it off good or you will have some streaks in low-light situations.

ONR huh? Interesting, never thought to try that and since a little goes a long way that is probably quite economical. What advantages does that offer? Cleaning ability over regular washer fluid? Does it help with beading at all? This intrigues me cause ONR is like Frank's Red Hot. I'll put that s**t on anything lol.

I've never used a dedicated glass sealant. I usually use whatever sealant I'm using as my LSP.
