Meguiar's D115
Anyone using D115, and if so what is it like? I was reading past reviews of D114 (discontinued) and D115. Very positive.
Can D115 be used in place of ONR?

Re: Meguiar's D115
I personally haven't tried the Meguiar's Rinse Free Express Wash & Wax D115. Reading the product description is does sound like a similar product as the Optimum No Rinse Wash & Wax.
Meguiars Rinse Free Express Wash & Wax D-11501, rinseless car wash, rinseless wash and wax
Optimum No Rinse Wash & Wax, no rinse car wash, rinse free car wash, optimum no rinse

Re: Meguiar's D115
I have used both D115 and ONRWW. I personally love D115 as a waterless wash. However, for a rinseless wash, I prefer the ONRWW. D115 works well as a rinseless wash, but it is more expensive the ONRWW. And what I love about D115 as a waterless wash, the slickness and scent, get diluted at the rinseless wash dilution ratio.
So if you are looking for a waterless wash, I recommend D115. If you want to do rinseless washes, I recommend ONRWW, Wolfgang Uber Rinseless Wash, or Griot's Garage Rinseless Wash and Wax.

Thanks joe. I'm giving it some time as I realize there is a bit of a learning curve with some products. D115 is on my list though now.

I love D115. It's one of the most used products I have.
I use it both as a hybrid rinseless/waterless wash and as a quick detailer on my black vehicles (2 bikes and a truck). I use a 4:1 mix ratio but it can be diluted up to 20:1.
And as a bonus, I love the way the stuff smells.

It’s very great stuff. It works just like the OTC Ultimate Wash & Wax Anywhere. I went through 2 gallons of it and used it exclusively as a waterless wash @6:1.
He’s right^ the stuff smells great.

I'm still playing around with Opit-Clean and ONR but am very tempted to try the Megs.

If you get a bottle of this, you’ll know exactly how it works @ a dilution of between 4:1-6:1
You can dilute that gallon concentrate anywhere between 4:1-20:1

Eldorado, do you like it? Meguiar's said this works best with their ultimate paste wax.

I vouch for it. I recommend it.
I personally used it @6:1 so that gallon would yield 7 gallons. Pretty good deal if you compare it to OTC sized consumer bottles.
If you were to buy 7 Gallons worth of Meguiars Ultimate Wash & Wax anywhere, it would cost $489.65
Or you could buy 1 gallon of Meguiars Rinse Free Express Wash & Wax and dilute it @6:1 to make 7 Gallons and only pay $85.99
If you buy the gallon, I recommend mixing up 1 gallon at a time using distilled water.
I use it as a waterless wash as its intended. I never used it as a rinseless.
It’s potent enough @4:1-6:1 to waterless wash a legit dirty car and do it effectively and safely.
And at that dilution the protection it lays down is solid.
