I think only once or twice I had to take that tip off the bottom of the straw and rinse it out. I exclusively use mine for RW and WW and always distilled water.

Can you clarify? I’m not sure what you mean exactly.

    Re: Need some new sprayers...

I first used DoDo Juice Red Mist a couple of weeks ago. This was brand new bottle, I screwed the sprayer into bottle and used it with no issue. When I went to use it again about a week later the sprayer was clogged up where it would not spray so I transferred it to the clean D143 bottle this past Saturday and used it with no issues. Last night, i did a quick rinseless wash since a bird decided to cr@p on the hood...dead center and when I went to use a little Red Mist in the D143 bottle it was 90% clogged up...I just shook my head and said ###!!

    Re: Need some new sprayers...

Heres another thread from a while back about sprayers: older thread

My favorite sprayers are the squarish griots sprayers (which I believe come with their 22oz bottles). I really like their spray pattern & haven't felt the need for a more adjustable spray pattern.
    • I don't use them daily though, so I can't speak to how they hold up to heavy use
    • Also, I haven't gotten around to trying them in a larger bottle. If i like them when I do ill probably only use these sprayers

Note that in the older thread someone says they have had a poor experience with griots sprayers.

I NEVER throw away a Griot's Garage sprayer, some of the best out there!
