LSP for Garage Queen?
If you have a garage queen/Weekend car, what LSP do you use on it? Does it matter color? Metallic or no?

What color is your ride? Honestly I have tried just about everything, and my preference is Polish Angel High Gloss...simply amazing product...pricey but if only using on a single garage queen, definitely worth the price of admission.

Re: LSP for Garage Queen?
Which of those two products are best at not attracting or repelling dust?
That is the major issue here no rain or snow seems like whatever LSP I use
the dust really sticks to it. Any anti-static products out there.

I would say something like the new Gyeon Wax would be a great choice as far as a new product or even the new Turtle Wax ceramic + graphene wax

This!
If the car is a dark or non-metallic color like yellow, red, black or blue, a carnauba wax would be my choice without hesitation. For metallic paints and lighter colors like white, silver, or gray, I'd use a coating or SiO2 sealant.
