Anyone know how other twisted loops compare to the PFM ones?

I’ve tried a couple others and they were good. Were the PFM’s twice the better.... no.
Order the ones you mentioned. You’ll be happy.
The liqid8tor and twistress are nice towels. Get one of each.

I myself don't like the grabbiness either. Look up a micro twist pile towel. It absorbs almost as much as a twisted loop but smooth across the paint.

Another vote for the Griots PFM drying towel. They are the best in the marketplace. They work even better once they get a little damp.
I believe in treating everybody with respect, and clean cars. That’s what I believe in.

Hmmm, that's interesting. I use the "matador" method with a PFM to dry the hood, roof, deck lid of our vehicles and I've never noticed any "grabbiness". You would think that that drying method would be especially sensitive to any "grabbiness".

No grabbiness here either. I used the matador method on a hood the other day
Treat it like it's the only one in the world.

Im sure some people are just more sensitive to it. Not saying they are unsafe or rough, I just prefer other types. Form over function for me

Griot's or The Rag Company's Gauntlet. Either one is a great choice.

Try the Twist Loop XL 1400 GSM towel from Clean Garage. A really nice towel.

And there you have it..........
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.
