Only time you do a IPA or panel wipe down is when you're going to apply ceramic coating.

I’ve read where a few Coating companies recommend Iron X and in decontamination washes.
Doesn’t an IPA wipe help break down old waxes? Wouldn’t this be a good thing if applying an LSP?
Just asking because if i can skip it before topping a coating i would...
