    Buy the Griot's G9. I used the G9 and the full Rupes line at the Detailing Bootcamp. I'll take the G9 all day long over any Rupes da polisher at more than twice the price. The exception being the Rupes Mille.

    Just in case anyone is wondering, the G9 is not balanced to work with 3" and 4" backing plates. I've swapped the plates over and it was too much vibration to be usable. The GG6 works better on fitting smaller backing plates with decent smoothness.
