Vapor Chief 125 steaming out the bottom of the unit!!! HELP?!?!

Hey guys... My Vapor Chief 125 isn't seeming to work anymore.... the steam is releasing from the bottom of the unit... near one of the wheels.. There is a small little hole that looks like it's supposed to be there (maybe it's supposed to have a plug and I lost it?) Steamer pressurizes but then starts steaming out of the unit and not the hose / end piece... just extra water / little steam comes out. Please any ideas or help? I would hate to spend $2k and not be able to fix this! Thanks again!

Sounds like there’s a hole in the boiler, I had a steamer do the same but call the manufacturer and see what they say

There is a pressure relief tube that allows excess steam to escape from the pressurized boiler chamber if the pressure gets too high (to prevent it from exploding). There might be something wrong with your steamer's heating element or corrosponding circuitry that is causing it to over pressurize the system.

I would just send an email to VaporChief. The guy that owns the business is very helpful and prompt with any customer service issues. Mine was having the same problem and ended up replacing the circuitboard and some wiring.
