What Wolfgang Products Should I Use?

What Wolfgang Products Should I Use?-ed5d6e79-98ec-43be-8674-65159ad66ded-jpg
I have a 91 British Racing Green Miata. It has original single stage paint that isn’t perfect, but is very nice. The car lives inside, doesn’t see rain, or bad weather. I drive it about 1500 miles a year.
Currently I use Wolfgang total swirl Remover and glaze, followed by deep gloss paint sealant.
I was thinking because of the life it leads a wax may be better, have a better glow, and still last long enough.
I am looking at the Fuzion estate mini connoisseurs kit. I would still have the swirl remover and glaze if needed, I would gain Fuzion Wax and the polish enhancer.
Along with a spray wax weekly I assume one application would last me a year.
    What are your thoughts?

I don’t think the Paintwork Enhancer benefits you in any way. Why not just buy Fuzion during a good sale? WG has 30% off fairly often.

I don’t own a garage queen, but I’m guessing you may want to redo Fuzion at least twice a year if the car gets 1500 miles. Could be underestimating how long LSPs last on a good weather garage queen though. You wouldn’t need to polish each time you apply. Just pop a new coat on every 4-6 months maybe?

What Spray Wax you using? I’m sure with a regular spray wax use you wouldn’t run out of protection on the garage queen, but I recommend above re-applying Fuzion more often than once a year because I assume you want that beauty wax look, which the spray wax alone won’t provide if Fuzion degrades away. Unless you are using something like Fuzion Spray Wax, then you will probably get similar shine quality while the product synergy helps that look to be maintained.

I would use the fuzion spray wax. Maybe I am overestimating the product. maybe still using a sealant and topping that with a wax.

Does the weather get hot there? If you take it out a lot during hot sunny days, I'd steer you away from a pure Carnauba wax. Wolfgang Estate might be the best option.
Pure Carnauba becomes acidic over time so for single stage, it'd mean it oxidizes faster. If it's in good condition, then I would just use the Wolfgang glaze as it's actually a fine polish and go over your paint once a year or so.

Yes it gets hot. Well, not really hot. We had one day at 100 this year, almost every day in the 90s this summer. Humidity is in the teens, but we are at 5,000 foot, I go driving over 10,000 foot in elevation frequently though so while not extremely hot, it’s very warm, and closer to the sun so the sun is more intense.

I think I would just stick with the Wolfgang DGPS.

That’s true about what he says. I do like it, I used it for 6 years on my Focus ST, and 2 years on the Miata.
Maybe I would get the Fuzion spray wax and use that as a drying aid on the DGPS instead of a qd. I would still get a drying aid, and the glow of a wax when I want it.

I think what your using is probably better than a wax.

I meant what WillSports3 mentioned. The Paintwork Enhancer is essentially the glaze without abrasives. But the abrasives in the glaze will do the cleaning and do minor correction if you use an appropriate pad. Or just use a softer pad if you don’t want correction and it’s going to act exactly like Paintwork Enhancer.

So what I’m trying to say is that you already own a ‘Cadillac’ of polishes. No need to go out and spend money on an equivalent model Chevy even though it will also get you from point A to B (or prep the paint for new sealant/wax). It’s a redundant downgrade.
