Re: Help me decide Rinseless Wash for this winter
While washing my cars during this weekend I though something about this subject.
Wolfgang has ceramic coatings, and they have a SiO2 Waterless Wash but the do not have a SiO2 Rinseless wash, so my though was, maybe Uber Rinseless Wash can be used on coated cars and that is why Wolfgang have not come with a new product on that matter.
What you think?

Dunno, that idea seems to contradict the SiO2 WW since Uber is also a WW. BUT, it’s still my opinion that Uber is one of the better non-SiO2 gloss-enhancing RWs one could use on a coating because it seems to have the least substantial gloss left behind compared to others.
I personally wish WG would come out with concentrated SiO2 WW/RW... similar to an Ech2O.

Have you used Ultima WW+?
whats the deal with the polychargers?
To me it sounds like those will mess up the LSP

I’ve used Ultima WW+, it’s one of the more substantial WWs out there, never mind the polycharger. Polycharger is just a type of additive or polymer that is supposed to help reduce static charge and add longevity, slickness, etc. Similar to any other type of ingredients that can be used to make products work well but had its own name and could be purchased separate years ago to add in with any given product I believe. The Ultima line and sister Four Star line use it in some products, as does Blackfire.
Anyways, Uber RW is less substantial gloss enhancers in my opinion. UWW+ lays down more which could mask the LSP a bit more. Some LSPs are masked easier than others from my experience. So a lot of factors happening here but if you were trying to not alter your LSP in any way, something glossless like N-914 would be ideal, something with very light gloss enhancers like Uber would be next in line, and something ‘thicker’ like UWW+ would be something you might shy away from. I’m ignoring synergy here because I think using UWW+ on certain LSPs may actually help in some ways (Ultima lines, Four Star UPP).

Yeah, the anti-static thing kinda attracts me because my neightborhood is still under construction which generates a ton of dust in the air, so even inside the garage my cars get really dusty which is mega annoying. I know an anti-static is no miracle but maybe it will help.
I used to like bead maker but I stopped using it, it was getting so bad that the car next day didnt look like I even washed it

Did you do a 50/50 test to confirm that?^

I'm sure everyone has different experiences, but I have never found Bead Maker to attract dust any more or less than other products. JMO.......
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

I’m still trying to find out definitively for myself. For the most part I think it doesn’t attract dust, but my car does get dusty [or maybe my expectations are too high in general]
I’m going to cut my car in half soon and post a long term 50/50 test to find out the answer.

Yes I did
50% hood, driver side fender and driver side door vs another product on the rest of car, definitely those 3 areas were considerably dustier.
There is a video of the Rag Company FAQ channel where they agreed that Bead Maker attracts dust on its curing process, after its cured then it has anti-static properties. My neightborhood due to being in construction is just a Den of Dust, but bead maker just exacerbates it
