So I'm not the only one like this!

Re: How long does your maintenance wash take?

A maintenance wash on the Accord takes 20 minutes, including the wheel faces - does not include setup time (about 10 minutes). This is a 2 bucket rinseless wash with a mitt, a damp wipe with a MF towel, a spritz of detail spray to amp up the gloss and some version of a PFM towel to spread/dry. I use the leftover wash water and a Mothers Wheel Brush to do the faces of the wheels. The paint is still swirl free 2.5 years after we bought it, and has only been washed this way.
If I deep clean the wheels and tires, then it is over an hour.

Now the time I spend outside doing 'garage therapy' is much longer, but I know if I need to, I can get it done quickly.

This is a little thing, but make sure you are not 'over cleaning' the car. For a maintained car, one wipe of the wash media should remove anything on the surface - no need to rub that section over and over. And as others have said, having a good LSP on the cars makes it much easier to wash.

My estimate of 15 minutes was poor. Timed myself this morning - total 35 minutes.

    Now wait a damn minute.......

You just back-blew your vacuum over the back of the Caddy then rinsed it off. Those wheels were already clean in pic one...........

Looks great. Thanks to your guys’ help, I was able to knock my time down to about 40 minutes yesterday. I’m going to have to look into beadmaker.

I had to do these yesterday. Not quite 40min. but they did require some time. And to top it off these kind of tires are most susceptible to tire sling, so you really have to be mindful about how you dress them.

I hope I never see this truck again. The sheer size is freaking ridiculous.
