    Can this scratch be concealed somehow or way too deep

    Looking at the pic, I believe that can be improved, or even almost removed if it doesn't catch your nail.

    Is the lower bumper panel plastic? If so, you need to be extra careful while polishing it. Too much heat, and you'll end up burning through or "twisting" the paint.

    I agree. I think it could be reduced with some machine work.

    Looks like a lot of paint transfer. Lacquer thinner will remove most of the paint transfer. If you can feel the scratch with your finger nail, it's to deep to remove with a compound and needs a paint touch up.
