Let’s learn about vinyl wrap and protecting it.
@ Bob what is unacceptable the fading or peeling?
I’ve read reviews others have had this problem and they take it back for repair.
Either he used another vinyl company or 3M needs to work at this.
So the swirls I’m stuck with?

Any fading will be a product issue (4 months and quality inks) or contamination of the laminate. Lifting is an installation issue (and he knows that).
The 1080 and 2080 lines are color change wraps. I didn't know you had graphics. That's a different system. Graphics will have a clear laminate over them. So, there shouldn't be any color fading. Ask him what you should use to clean up the laminate.
I asked him when I picked it up, he said ceramic, it’s still discoloring and peeling.

What if he refuses and gives me an excuse?
Can I call 3M directly and complain to them?
This is receipt.

Re: Let’s learn about vinyl wrap and protecting it.
Ceramic is the protectant (and he probably meant a coating application, not one of the spray and wipe products).
I was talking about where you are now. What does he suggest to use to clean up the laminate. Because if it's not contamination on the laminate, you have a product problem.
Bottom line is it's only been four months. There is no excuse for the problems you're having at this point.
Tell him you want your 7 years. He did the installation. He chose to install 3m products. If the installation is the problem, fix it. If 3m's product is the problem, use Avery Dennison or Oracal when he re-does it. You don't care. You just want your 7 years.
Oh, by the way, good luck on 7 years sitting outside in the Texas sun. But, 4 MONTHS!!!

Hey Bob,
I haven’t done anything to wrap. I was asking about the swirls and how to remove them.
The peeling was another issue I’m having with it.
Even the windows are peeling.

I think 3m would tell you it's the installer. I would work with him until he tells you he won't back up his work.
I don't think 3m has a system of certified installers. I think they're just who's product he buys. But I'm not sure. So, if he flakes on you, you could call them and ask. They may send someone out to inspect. Get something in writing. It might make a small claims case easy.
Document everything. Get a new pad of paper and don't remove any pages from it. Keep a log of every correspondence including names, titles, date & time. Documentation is valuable and it tends to make people take you more seriously.

@ducksfan
I specifically asked the workers how to properly wash it. They said don’t use pressure washer and I never have.
Then the owner said to ceramic coat it, ok fine. The discoloration and peeling off are still going.
I even remembered I asked one of the installers why is it peeling? He said it will glue back on after a couple hours.
The whole experience was bad from the beginning but I was dumb.
Only reason I chose him because he was close to home and has experience.
So to answer your question he didn’t suggest how to clean the laminate portion. He didn’t even come show it to me, he stayed in his office.
He was acting shady that day, and well here we are.

Yeah
" He said it will glue back on after a couple hours"
Okay, they know that's a lie. So, you have to decide now if it's worth going after them.

Well if they can fix it, I’m good.
I’ll be upset if they don’t they charged us $2,800.00!
I just want them to fix it, it was peeling from the beginning.
The discoloration was later on.
Thanks ducks fan, wish me luck with them.
