What to use on black wheels to polish after wash

Hello! I'm just kind of curious what everyone uses on black wheels to shine them up after a wash?

Here's what I would use....a catalog with rims in itWhat to use on black wheels to polish after washLook for a nice set of non-gloss black rims, LOL.

In all seriousness (although I'm being somewhat serious) after a good cleaning a product like Beadmaker will give them the shine you want. There are many options but because of its ease of use and price, great choice.

Do you have any protection on them yetWhat to use on black wheels to polish after wash

I have some breadmaker on the way I'll give that a try. No, no protection yet. I plan on ceramic coating them soon though. Thanks for the reply

Well an iron removing cleaner followed by a good hand polish and then ceramic coating will help with cleaning them for sure. My buddy has a 16 FiST and the brake pads are so aggressive that it just ruins them too quickly. Why in the world anyone would opt for them, he didn't and will surely trade them away to someone in due timeWhat to use on black wheels to polish after washWhat to use on black wheels to polish after washWhat to use on black wheels to polish after wash

If you’re going to coat the wheels then don’t apply any protection now, coat it first then use a topper. Hopefully Bead Maker works well for you.

I just give them a quick wipe down with meguiars hybrid ceramic detailer. It is an excellent topper for coatings as well.

    IMO:

    •Unless they are powder-coated...
-You can use the same products that
you use on the paint system that’s on
    the vehicle’s panels.

Re: What to use on black wheels to polish after wash

I have a set of black painted OE 124 BMW silver wheels the previous owner did.
I use them sort of during fall and spring.

The only reason I have to stock CarPro Essence Plus. Shines and hides the weird stain marks plus makes them look more black.
Easy on/ easy off and the only topper for the Gloss Coat that does anything to smooth things out.

Gloss Coat would probably only survive like.. months on rims. I didn't find gloss coat to survive long past the 6 months mark on my car, was kind of disappointing.

I dont drive much with the Gloss Coat tires so 2 1/2 years later it still works.
