Essence/Primer I would think dont have enough abbrasive power

Agree, the primers probably don’t have enough cut without getting fancy with MF pads and technique. I would test spot it with both. If the car has never been washed before, I would use a medium polishing pad (for LC it’s orange) and test both of those before deciding. I don’t know the difference between the two Sonax polishes, but going by name alone, I would probably end up going with “Cut Finish” with medium polishing pad of it’s the first time polishing the car and other tests spots didn’t prove way more beneficial.

Re: Gyeon Cancoat vs Wolfgang Ceramic Spray Coating
Basically the scale is from 1 to 6, 1 being less aggressive and 6 being the most:
Cut and Finish - 5 cut/5 finish
Perfect Finish - 4 cut/6 finish

Sonax makes great paint leveling liquids. Do a test spot with both and see which one works better, you never know. Perfect Finish has a surprising amount of cut to it.

I was trying to look for an SiO2 based product that you dont need to throw away the towels but still could give 6 months and amazing hydrophobics. Apparently that is impossible to find.
Another option was polish with Essence and top it with Reload or Cure but after the 6 month mark I dont want to end up polishing again.
I want to polish once and then exfoliate whenever is needed but not as often as every 6 months.

With Cancoat I discarded the applicator or towel that i used to apply. Consider it a cost of doing a coating. By some cheap 245 gsm Rag company towels in packs of 10 the cost me a $1.45 ea. Use and throw away 3-4 every 8 months.... you bought a hellcat.... you burn through 6$ in gas a day it’s worth spending that on towels to protect your paint every 6-9 months.
Most sio2 sealants you apply are more sealants with some ceramic in them. Probably not much better than your Lastcoat.
Lastly the only sio2 based product that won’t harden towels and last 6 months, in my opinion would be Polish Angel Cosmic spritz with paint prepped with Their Primer Spritz.
Polish angel claims 12-14 months durability. I apply Cosmic spritz all the time with no adverse effects to towels

Re: Gyeon Cancoat vs Wolfgang Ceramic Spray Coating
Yeah, Ive only heard or read great things of all PA products, will have to try them one day.
I even doubt The Last Coat has any SiO2 on it, I think their formula mimics an SiO2 product, but the bootle or their website dont say anything about SiO2. Regardless I think is a really good product even that is on the expensive side they always have discounts or bundles on their site and the gloss & durability of the product is amazing

Re: Gyeon Cancoat vs Wolfgang Ceramic Spray Coating
Polish Angel Cosmic V2 exceeded my expectations. I also used sonax perfect finish on a orange polishing pad.
Applies like a wax basically. Fool proof.

If assume can coat gets water spots similar to all sio2 coatings?
