Best way to get Sap off

Got a couple sap drops on my hood. Only about 3 days old. Did a wash yesterday and tried some apc with no luck. I’ve only ever had it on glass and just use a blade to get it off. What can I use for it on paint?

Try a quality tar/adhesive remover. That does the trick.

Try a tar remover. CarPro TarX, Stoners Tarminator, etc.

I like to heat them to get them sticky again and just wipe off. Never had luck with a chemical especially if they are more dried on than the ones you probably have. Try a hair dryer

Isopropyl alcohol will easily take it off.

I use isopropyl alcohol with a cotton ball, and slowly lift it off. Always scratch and swirl free, and cleans up well.
