Maybe see if you can manage to remove yours and if it comes apart, find a replacement at a junkyard. Cherokee is popular enough you’d find them at junkyards.

That's odd. I agree, maybe a water stain.
I have purchases 303 recently, and I have noticed that it rubs off interior panels easily. For instance, sometimes my knee rubs the door panel in my Jeep and I can see where 303 is no longer on the surface. I applied 303, then buffed off any excess product. The rubbed area is definitely lighter than the 303 applied areas. Oh well, back to tried and true Meguiar's Quick Interior Detailer. I'll leave the 303 for my Jeep bumpers.

Been using 303 for decades on dozens of different cars interiors and have never had an issue with it.
Those stains do not follow how application of any product would actually produce them. They appear more random in shape than what you'd see by applying a product, by that I mean when product is applied it is done in a much more uniform pattern.

Well it is the same pattern on each side if you folded my tailgate in half lol. That's the weird part. I tried adding more 303 to the panel and it totally covered it up. However within hours it started showing up again. After a few days it looks like the picture I posted again.

Replacing my rear tailgate is a little more than I'm willing to do, especially with a 2019 model vehicle. I would rather just live with it.
