Any benefit to more than 1 coat of CQuartz 3.0?

When the weather clears up i plan to finally coat my truck. I have cquartz uk 3.0 and gliss. Is there any benefit to more than one layer of cquartz? I planned on doing 2 layers uk and 1 gliss but after reading im not sure if that is necessary. Thank you for your help!

It is always good to follow the manufacturers recommended application to get the products true performance. With that said could you get away with one layer? Yes you could. The second layer is going to give you more uniform/even coverage for any missed areas. Will it add durability? Maybe a little more. It does not take that long to add a second layer. By the time you finish the first you can go to the second. Depending on whether this your first time applying a coating.

I would say from using all variations of cquartz coatings got with two layers of the base coating and then one layer of gliss. Sit back and enjoy after all the hard work.
