McKee's Polishing Pad Cleaner followed up with free flowing water gets all of the old polish or wax out of the pads. Heavily worked pads will need some agitation with a pad cleaning brush, then keep rinsing and wringing out.

i spray mine with 50% reduced degreaser. Let them sit for 10-25 minutes. Power wash. Bring into laundry sink and rinse will with warm/hot water. Air dry. Seems to work great and is very inexpensive. good luck my $0.02
