    Wolfgang Trim Sealant Running?

I知 having issue with WTS running down the side of my truck after a rain. Could it be because I知 leaving to much product on the trim? The area around my mirrors is the worst. Not really doing it from the window trim.

Yes, it could be that you're applying it a bit too heavy. After application you might need to come behind with something like a paper towel to smooth, and remove excess.

The other is perhaps not enough time to dry-air out. Certain weather conditions such as cold or high humidity will likely slow drying and curing.

I use McKee's37 Trim Restorer, which many believe to be the same as WETS, and what I have found is that "smooth" plastic trim needs to be given a light wipe after application to remove excess and "level" things out. Whereas "textured" plastic trim seems to be more porous and absorbs product more readily. I use a dense foam applicator as cheaper, more porous foam seems to lend to over-application, and when needed, do the light wipe with a MF towel.
